We’re feeling festive in the Top Notch Consultants office, and have started decorating for fall holidays. Plus, we’ll be having a spooky (but professional) Halloween costume contest in which one lucky costume winner will get a surprise.
We are also getting festive in different ways around the office with decorations, snacks, and even smells. Our Top Notch Consultants culture is a huge priority for our company and we like to keep things fun and festive towards the end of the year. Motivation and a little friendly competition help to drive positive results for our company and our national service partners.
The fall celebrations are also influencing our choices of team night activities as well. By getting together outside of work in ways that accentuate the season, we create memories with one another that also act as milestones to help us remember how long we’ve all been friends. We believe that if our brand experts have strong relationships outside of work as well as in, they will bring those bonds into the office and use them to motivate each other.
